Mindfulness is a powerful way of being with yourself, right here in this moment with open-hearted acceptance. I am currently studying a Masters in Teaching Mindfulness.
Yoga
I teach yoga to help people come home to their bodies, encouraging my students to move with intuition and kindness to create freedom and ease. I teach Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative yoga in Newquay, Cornwall.

Hello! I'm Katie. I am a friendly, ocean-loving human, based in Newquay, Cornwall. I am so very lucky to teach two of my favourite things, mindfulness meditation and yoga, in our wonderful Cornish Community.
