Mindfulness is a powerful way of being with yourself, right here in this moment with open-hearted acceptance. I am currently studying a Masters in Teaching Mindfulness.


I teach yoga to help people come home to their bodies, encouraging my students to move with intuition and kindness to create freedom and ease. I teach Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative yoga in Newquay, Cornwall.

A bit about Katie

Hello! I'm Katie. I am a friendly, ocean-loving human, based in Newquay, Cornwall. I teach two of my favourite things; mindfulness meditation and yoga. I teach regular weekly classes, workshops and mindfulness courses.

Katie's beginners course was perfect for me, having never practiced yoga regularly before, and joining her Vinyasa class has been accessible and perfect progression. She has such a lovely nature, so warm and enthusiastic. It’s lovely to practice with her and gain wonderful insights along

the way.

Katie is a bundle of energy and joy. She’s taken me from non-believer to a far more flexible, weekly attendee. As a result I’ve entrusted her to convert some of my closest mates too; which she did spectacularly. The classes are super inclusive, really human, no pretence and well thought out.
