Chillout Yin + Relaxation Workshop

Join Katie for an evening of yin, yoga nidra and journaling. We will do some journaling exercises to help support befriending ourselves in the midst of modern life. This will be followed by a gentle heart opening yin practice. Yin yoga is a deeply nourishing and meditative form of yoga where we hold floor based postures for between 3-10mins. Great for creating more spaciousness in the body and mind and soothing your nervous system. The session will finish with a yoga nidra guided meditation to integrate the practice. Dreamy.
Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is open to beginners and more advanced students alike as I always give lots of options. If you have any injuries or physical/mental difficulties you are working with right now please let me know before the class.
