Headstand Workshop 1.5hr

Join me for a fun morning to explore going upside down with headstand. Headstands are great for building shoulder and arm strength. This workshop is open to both those who have never done a headstand and want to give it a go and also to those wanting to refine their existing headstand practice and try different variations.
We will start with a fun flow-based warm up, with lots of fun shoulder drills and core strengthening, moving towards trying different ways to approach a couple of different headstand variations safely.
Going upside down can feel scary and so is a great way to work with how we approach challenge not just on the mat but in general life too!
If you are part of my membership I will be giving you a chance in weekly classes for the following 3 weeks to practice your headstand too!
Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is open to complete newbies to headstand and those who want to hone their crow skills. If you have any injuries or physical difficulties you are working with right now, please get in touch to see if this will be right for you. This pose is not suitable to anyone who is pregnant or has a neck or shoulder injury.
