I am currently studying a Masters Degree in Teaching Mindfulness Meditation with Bangor University's School of Psychology. This is the highest level of mindfulness teacher training available in the UK. 

 

The Masters is training me to teach the highly regarded, evidence-based 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course (MBSR), which hundreds of studies have shown to help participants to better cope with a range of mental and physical health difficulties including anxiety disorders and chronic pain. 

4 Week Intro to Mindfulness 

I am running a 4 Week Intro from Thurs 4th-25th March from 6-7.30pm online.
