I am currently studying a Masters Degree in Teaching Mindfulness Meditation with Bangor University's School of Psychology. This is the highest level of mindfulness teacher training available in the UK. 

 

The Masters is training me to teach the highly regarded, evidence-based 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course (MBSR), which studies have shown to be as effective in treating recurrent depression as anti-depressants.

4 Week Intro to Mindfulness 

I am running two 4 Week Intros from Thurs 12th Nov- 3rd Dec. One online Thursday morning via Zoom 10-11.15am and one Thursday evenings in-person in the stunning new art gallery North Coast Asylum in the centre of Newquay 6-7.15pm. See details below...
