Mindfulness Taster Session - Free

Are you curious about mindfulness meditation? This free online taster session is a chance to get a feel for what mindfulness is and and how it could benefit you. We will do some taster meditations, have a chat about common mindfulness myths and a little of the science behind mindfulness and have a chance to ask questions at the end.

I am running a 4 Week Intro to Mindfulness the week after so a great chance to see if this is right for you if you are unsure about signing up to the course.
