Free Mindfulness Taster Session

Are you curious about mindfulness meditation? This free online taster session is a chance to get a feel for what mindfulness is and and how it could benefit you. We will do some taster meditations, have a chat about common mindfulness myths and a little of the science behind mindfulness and have a chance to ask questions at the end. I am running a 4 Week Intro to Mindfulness the week after so a great chance to see if this is right for you if you are unsure about signing up to the course.
WEEKLY CLASSES: You can cancel/ reschedule your class up to 9 hours in advance to. However, I kindly ask that you cancel classes as early as possible. When you cancel your class credit will be placed back on our account for use on another class. If you bought a single class pass and want a refund please get in touch. Five and ten class passes are non-refundable. Monthly online memberships are non-refundable.
